Return Policy
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given for change of mind, however for an exchange or credit please contact us at info@wkndr.com.au and we will be happy to help. Products accepted subject to the following conditions:

​Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

The item or items must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase.

Sale, discounted, and special order items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit for a change of mind. (unless faulty, see below).

How do I return an item?
Please send us an email at info@wkndr.com.au with your inquiry and proof of purchase. Once we have reviewed the situation we will send you a return address. Please keep a copy of your postage receipt as we will reimburse you upon receiving the product. Upon approval, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

Sorry, we do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. WKNDR are not liable for any loss of products being returned, for this reason we recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns.
What if my product is faulty?
We do our best to provide our customers with high-quality products, always. If you have received a faulty product we apologise and will attempt to rectify the issue as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please send through a photo of the faulty product and explanation including proof of purchase to info@wkndr.com.au and one of our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Our customers are our highest priority and it is important to us that we deliver the quality we promise them.

WA - 1-3 business days (current disruptions will affect this)
Rest of Australia - 2 - 9 business days (current disruptions will affect this)

Shipping Costs
Small (Less than 500g) = $12.70
Medium (500g - 1kg) = $16.75
Large (1kg - 3kg) = $20.65
Extra Large (3kg - 5kg) = $27.05

For items over 5kg, postage is assessed based on weight and distance.

Transit times quoted here are estimated in business days and exclude local public holidays. Transit times quoted are subject to delays due to weather, holiday rush times and custom delays. During busy times in the shop shipping may be delayed.

Please note that WKNDR does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been deemed lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We may not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
